6 miles
Extremely Hard
(snow and ice, steep inclines, scrambles,)
I took 2 x GPS, map compass, mobile, spare battery for mobile, walking sticks, fleece, food, drinks. Don't get lost, watch out for cloud
Probably my most favouite mountain in the Cumbria, but always a hard climb, I had climbed it from Wast Water a couple of times but wanted to go up from the other side, I had a perfect storm of opportunity, winter on the wain, but still snow on the high summits, 10 degrees, sunny and full visibility ... no cloud
Felt lucky
Started from Seathwaite walked clockwise
